Trouble with passengers at the airport is nothing new. Plane getting late, delay in flight is a daily problem, due to which the passengers have to face. If you complain, only mail-mail goes on. But a heart-touching news has come out from Taiwan, knowing which you will also wake up with applause. When the passengers got hurt, the owner of the airline himself reached the airport to apologize to the passengers. Not only this, he stayed there overnight with the passengers, until the problems of the passengers were resolved.
Taiwan News reported that a Starlux Airlines plane was supposed to take off at 3:45 in the afternoon, but then a typhoon hit. The flight was delayed due to strong winds. At around 5:30 pm, all the passengers were taken to another flight. But even then the plane could not take off due to the storm. All the passengers sat in the plane till 11 pm. Many passengers also expressed their displeasure about this.

Sky Chen, one of the passengers, said on Facebook that they boarded at around 7 am. However, crew members had to be searched. Because of this it was said that the plane would leave at 11 o’clock. All the passengers were kept in the plane till about midnight. After that the flight was cancelled. We were told to stay overnight in the airport terminal itself. We were kept in the plane till the sleeping bags arrived at 1 am. And the flight was told at 6 am and then at 8 am but vouchers for food and water were not given.
Work was stopped at the airport
When the owner of the airline, Chang Kuo-Wei, came to know about the trouble of the passengers, he himself reached the airport to apologize to the passengers. He told the passengers, the second flight was delayed due to maintenance check of the aircraft and then due to longer working hours of the flight crew. Work had stopped at the airport. The immigration officers had finished their work, hence the hassle and as a result were forced to wait till the next morning.
